Paradise Is Here is a wonderful ballad and the last single from the album Break Every Rule in Europe. Tina used the song as the encore on her Break Every Rule Tour, available on the album Live In Europe and the Rio '88 home video. As a special tour souvenir, the single contains a poster sleeve and the maxi a gatefold cover with pictures from the tour. The promo single contains an otherwise unreleased Radio Edit of the title track.

The music video was recorded live during the Break Every Rule Tour in Dortmund, Germany. The video version is slightly shorter than the mix released on the 12“ maxi single.
