The Foreign Affair Tour was announced as a world tour, but reached only European countries with concerts in the biggest stadiums, breaking the record for a European tour that was previously set by The Rolling Stones. Roger Davies suggested to work with dancers again and Tina asked Lejeune Richardson (a former Ikette) and Annie Behringer to join her. At the first few concerts, Tina used her recent hit The Best to open the show while she walked down the stairway, but replaced it later with Steamy Windows. Also only at the beginning of the tour, Tina performed the song „Good Times“ from the Australian band The Easybeats partly together with John Miles and only at opening night in Antwerp, she performed two additional songs from the Foreign Affair album. Pepsi was once again the sponsor and produced several promotional clips for television and the concert from the Estadio Olimpico in Barcelona was released later on the home video Do You Want Some Action?
