Foreign Affair is the title track of the same named album and was the fifth single, including several remixed versions from Shep Pettibone. Tina promoted the song on the German TV-Show Goldene Europa and performed it live at her Foreign Affair Tour, available on the Do You Want Some Action? home video. The single was released in some European countries, but not in England and America. The well-known picture from the cover was photographed at the Eiffel Tower in Paris, while Tina climbed the tower with her high heels.

I had finished basically all of Tony's songs. We were in New York there together, and that one popped up and I felt „Alright Tony, now, this is enough, you now, I mean come on I've recorded three of your songs. What are you trying to do, take over the album?!!“ And then I stopped kidding myself I said „this is an European song.“ I could hear it blasting in the streets of Paris or Europe. The feeling of Europe and their music is different from ours in America, and I said „Oh God, it's a beautiful song“. I said „Get me the words, get the words, I've got to hear every Iine“. — Foreign Affair promotional interview
The music video shows a man and a woman in different scenes, acting like a bullfight. Tina, totally dressed in black, is singing and dancing in an old theater together with her band and for the very last time with her dancers Ann Behringer and Lejune Richardson in the background.
