Zabou is a German soundtrack album with the original version of the song A Change Is Gonna Come, produced from B.E.F. and until today only available on this album. To promote the movie and the soundtrack, an additional promotional single was released for radio stations, featuring also a track from Joe Cocker.
A live version from the album Live In Europe was released as a single 1988 in England and a remixed version was later included into the album Music of Quality and Distinction (Vol. 2) in 1991 and the box set The Collected Recordings in 1994.
