Peaches ’N’ Cream was after I’m Blue the second successful solo single from The Ikettes and was later included into the tracklist of their first longplayer Soul The Hits in 1966. A different version is also available on the album (G)Old & New from 1974. The Ikettes promoted the song at several TV-Shows in America and Europe like Hollywood A Go-Go and Shindig. The single was re-issued under the „Modern Oldies“ series and again in 1973, after the release of the album Peaches. The previously unreleased b-side track was issued on the sampler Fine, Fine, Fine in 1987. The single was reviewed in the magazines CashBox in it’s issue from March 13, 1965 and Blues & Soul in it’s issue from April 27, 1973.
