(G)Old & New is the second and last studio album from The Ikettes, recorded due to popular demand, because numerous requests received in recent years by United Artists for a new album. It features some previously released tracks in different versions and some new songs like two tracks from the Supremes as well as high energy funk rock covers of Billy Preston, the Doobie Brothers, Joe Tex and The Crystals. The Ikettes on the cover picture are Linda Shuford-Williams, Debbie Wilson and Linda Sims, although at the time of the release Linda Shuford-Williams was not an Ikette but Charlotte Lewis. This excellent album is unfortunately still waiting for a release on compact disc.

I Gotcha is a very rare Portuguese single with two songs from the album. The girlgroup performed the title song also live in concert, available on the album The World of Ike & Tina. It’s the very last single from The Ikettes.
