Portrait In Blues is a wonderful 3 CD box set, with the original LP’s So Fine from 1968 and Cussin’, Cryin’ & Carryin On from 1969 as mini LP replicas in a cordboard sleeve as well as The Hunter and Outta Season from 1969 in a trifold cover. It features also several instrumental tracks from Ike Turner’s solo album A Black Man’s Soul and some bonus live tracks, taken from the album Live! The Ike & Tina Turner Show from 1965. The set includes a 16 page booklet with many pictures of the duo, extensive liner notes and a discography.
