Top Of The Pops was a British music chart programme, broadcasted weekly on BBC between January 1964 and July 2006. Both, Ike & Tina and Tina solo were guests several times. The first solo appearance was with a wonderful live interpretation of her recent single Help in 1984, shortly before Tina recorded the album Private Dancer. To promote her Foreign Affair album and the tour, she was three times guest. In 1991, Tina performed Way Of The World live in the studio, which is the only live version of this song. Also for her album Wildest Dreams, she was twice guest and the song On Silent Wings was broadcasted live from a concert in Stockholm. The last appearance was in 2000 to promote her last studio album Twenty Four Seven.
