I Don’t Wanna Lose You was the third single from the album Foreign Affair in Germany and the second one in England, but was not released in America. Tina promoted it at several TV-Shows and performed it live at her Foreign Affair Tour as a sing-along version with the audience, available on the Do You Want Some Action? home video. As a special bonus, the UK single contains a giant poster. A remastered version of the previously unreleased track Stronger Than The Wind was released digitally in 2021 to promote the Foreign Affair (Deluxe Edition).

Oh Gosh! When I heard that song I just lew that it was another Terry Britten-ish kind of „What's Love Got To Do With It“, or better, because the words were even better, as far as I'm concerned. Then I found that Harmond co-wrote it with Graham Lyle. Just an automatic song that you could't say no to, again. That was one that was finished with the album. We had chosen the songs already and I said „Roger, I don't know how many songs we have, but I've got a feeling that we had better take this one“ Because you do as many as you can and whatever's the best you take it, so I took it. — Foreign Affair promotional interview
