Rock & Roll Fantasy was a documentary from the music channel VH-1, following Tina Turner during the preparation of her Twenty Four Seven Tour in 2000. The special with a running time of approximately 15 minutes focuses on Tina's backup singer Gloria Reuben with a lot of backstage and rehearsal footage, interviews with Tina and Gloria and live performances from the opening night at the Target Center in Minneapolis on March 23.
