Musikladen was a German music show from 1972 until 1984 and the successor of Beat Club. It featured live performances by national and international musicians like ABBA, Bee Gees and David Bowie, combined with music videos. Host of the show was Manfred Sexauer together with various others. Ike & Tina, as well as Tina solo occurred several times in the show over the years.
Tina's first solo appearance was in 1978 after the German release of the single Acid Queen. This performance was released on the home video Best of Musikladen in 2000. In 1979, she was twice guest and promoted her recent album Rough.
