GoldenEye is the theme song for the same named James Bond movie from 1995, and was especially written for Tina by Bono & The Edge from U2. It was first released on the original motion picture soundtrack, but was also included into the tracklist of the album Wildest Dreams the next year. Tina performed the song live James Bond like at her Wildest Dreams Tour and again at the 50th Anniversary Tour. Live versions are available on the Live In Amsterdam home video and the album TINA Live. A large number of different promotional records features remixed versions from David Morales and Dave Hall. The single was reviewed in Billboard magazine in it’s issue from November 4, 1995.
The music video shows many scenes from the movie and a very elegant Tina, wearing a long white strapless dress, sitting on a chair and walking on a catwalk.
