River Deep - Mountain High is a German reissue of Ike & Tina’s classic track, originally released in 1966 from Phil Spector. This version is very different, taken from the album Nutbush City Limits. Also I Want To Take You Higher is a new recorded version from the album Delilah’s Power, originally released as a single in 1970 from the album Come Together. The single was released as part of the 'Oldie-Collection‘ to coincide with the release of the sampler Gold Collection.
