Takin’ Back My Name features two non album tracks, not available on any longplayer until today. The b-side „Love Is A Game“ is misspelled on the cover and was written by Tina’s sister Alline. The title track was later used for Ike’s own biography Tackin’ Back My Name from 1999. The 10“ promotional record is credited to Ike & Tina Turner with the titles „Name“ on the a-side and „Voo Doo“ on the flip side.
