Risin’ With The Blues is Ike Turner’s very last studio album, produced from Ike's son Ike junior. Ike did all lead vocals (with backing vocals from Audrey Madison) and played guitar and piano. The tracklist includes the song A Love Like Yours, which was already an Ike & Tina Turner single in 1966, produced by Phil Spector. For this album, Ike won his first and only solo Grammy Award on February 11, 2007 at the Staples Center in Los Angeles.

Grammy: Best Traditional Blues Album (2007)
Rock 'n' roll pioneer Ike Turner won his first Grammy Award since 1972 on Sunday. The 75-year-old R&B veteran took home the traditional blues album award for Risin' with the Blues. He won his only other Grammy -- shared with Tina Turner -- in 1972 for their cover of „Proud Mary.“
„I'm scared to death,“ Turner said in accepting the award, accompanied by his son, Ike Jr.
