Come Together (1970)

Ike & Tina Turner - Come Together - Single

Come Together is a Beatles cover song, taken from the album Come Together. The b-side features a Rolling Stones cover from 1969. Ike & Tina performed both songs live in their concerts and at the German tv show Beat Club. A live version was released on the album Live In Paris. Tina performed „Honky Tonk Women“ also live at her Nice 'N' Rough solo concerts, as well as together with the Rolling Stones at their 1981 tour and with Mick Jagger at her Break Every Rule Tour in Japan. A different version of the title track with an orchestra background is available on the soundtrack album All This And World War.
