What’s Love? A Tribute to Tina Turner is the first and only Tina Turner tribute album with some of Tina’s greatest solo hits as well as some songs from Ike & Tina Turner. The songs were performed by artists like Kip Winger (former Alice Cooper bass player), Alannah Myles (best known for the stunning track "Black Velvet“), Tiffany (had a number 1 on the American Billboard charts), Darlene Love (released several songs from Phil Spector in 1963) and Jane Child (nominated for 4 Juno awards). Richard Kendrick, interpreter of Tina’s smash Better Be Good To Me, produced ten of the songs and was responsible for the album concept and backing instrumentation.
