All That Glitters is a special album from Target, the sponsor of the second American leg of Tina’s Twenty Four Seven Tour. Tina recorded for a television commercial a studio version of the song „Baby, I'm A Star“ from Prince, which is exclusively available on this record. During the tour, this song was performed by her background singers while Tina changed her outfit. The album was only available in Target stores in America, promoted in the Target magazine.

In 2000, Tina Turner was part of an advertisement campaign for Target, which was the sponsor of the second American leg of her Twenty Four Seven Tour. Beside participating in a television commercial, Tina was also on the cover of two issues of the Target magazine with a story and nice pictures, photographed by Herb Ritts.
