Original Ike And Tina Turner is a reissue of the album Nutbush City Limits from 1973, but curiously enough without the title track. Instead, it features three of Ike & Tina’s greatest hits, including their mega seller Proud Mary from 1971. Also the order of the songs is different than on the original release. The live pictures from the gatefold cover were taken from the album Live In Paris. The album was released under the 'Prestige For Pleasure' series.
