The Ed Sullivan Show was an American television variety show, broadcasted on CBS from June 20, 1948 to June 6, 1971 and was hosted by the New York entertainment columnist Ed Sullivan. Ike & Tina Turner were guests in 1970 and performed two songs live.
Musikladen was a German music television show from 1972 until 1984 and the successor of Beat Club. It featured live performances by national and international musicians like ABBA, Bee Gees and David Bowie, combined with music videos. Host of the show was Manfred Sexauer together with various others. Ike & Tina, as well as Tina solo occurred several times in the show over the years.
The Don Kirshner’s Rock Concert was an American television music show from 1973 until 1981, created and produced by Don Kirshner. Ike & Tina Turner have been twice guests with live interpretations of several songs.
