The Edge features the very last Ike & Tina recordings with lead vocals from Tina Turner on the a-side and Ike Turner compositions without Tina on the b-side. The instrumental part was played by Home Grown Funk, a popular Memphis group in the '70s. After Tina’s comback in 1984, all five songs with lead vocals by Tina have been reissued on a Mini album.
