Getting Nasty is a limited edition Japanese vinyl single with the original version from the 1969 Ike Turner solo album A Black Man’s Soul and a more playful and funky remix from 'Conomark‘ on the flip side. The single includes a paper insert sheet that mimics the album cover. The Hip-Hop group 'Jurassic 5' sampled the song in 1997 for their song „Concrete Schoolyard“.
