TINA: Album (Sampler)

All The Best (2004)

Tina Turner - All The Best - Album

All The Best is Tina’s second greatest hits album, featuring her biggest hits, three new recorded songs and a longer version of „Great Spirits“ from the Brother Bear soundtrack. The track „Something Special“ was a leftover from the Wildest Dreams recording session and Complicated Disaster was intended for the second single after Open Arms, but was only released as a digital download. The album marked the highest chart entry for Tina in America, with #2 in it's first week. In America, it was re-issued the following year as an abridged single disc version under the title All The Best - The Hits and in April 2018, it was reissued in England under the title The Greatest Hits, including a different cover art to promote TINA - The Tina Turner Musical in London. In Germany, it was instead re-released as a 'musical edition' on December 07, 2018 with the original cover art but with a sticker on the front and infos about the musical in the booklet. For promotion, Parlophone / EMI Records released an Interview Disc about the stories behind the songs.
