Take A Little Pain

was written by Tina’s longtime friend Eddy Armani, who managed the Ike & Tina Turner fanclub and was also Tina’s personal wardrobe assistant before her comeback. Tina performed the song live in her Nice 'N' Rough concerts since 1981, as well as at the Tom Jones Show.
