The Sonny & Cher Ultimate Collection features full episodes and sketches from the „Sonny & Cher Comedy Hour“ and the Sonny & Cher Show, with guest performances from Michael Jackson, Burt Reynolds, Farrah Fawcett, Tina Turner and many others. It includes Tina’s solo appearance from March 11, 1977 with the previously never performed song „Watch Closely Now“ and a medley together with Cher.

The first appearance from Ike & Tina Turner on April 27, 1975 on the „Cher Show“ was also released on the home video I Got You Babe: The Best of Sonny & Cher in 2020.
