Party Vibes was taken from the very last Ike & Tina Turner album The Edge and features vocals from Ike Turner. In 1980, a special disco mix was released for DJ’s and radio stations in America and reached the Billboard dance chart. The b-side track Shame, Shame, Shame features vocals from Tina and was released as a regular single two years later in Europe - this time with „Party Vibes“ on the flip side. Both versions have been remixed.
