I’m A Motherless Child

is a religious and very unusual song for Ike & Tina Turner, written by Tina Turner and released in 1969 on the album Outta Season. Tina performed a short unplugged version in 1996 together with her guitarist James Ralston in the TV-Show 60 Minutes. In 2014, she recorded a new version, which is part of the song „Heavenly Home“ on the third Beyond album Love Within.
