Ed Caraeff (Eddie J. Caraeff) is an American photographer, illustrator and graphic designer who has worked largely in the music industry. He art directed, photographed and designed more than 400 album covers from 1967 to 1981 for numerous artists, including Jimi Hendrix, Jim Morrison, Bee Gees, Elton John, Carly Simon, Tom Waits and Dolly Parton. His photography appeared on the cover of four issues of Rolling Stone magazine and is included in the permanent collection of the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame.

In 1969, he photographed the Ike & Tina Turner Revue at a concert at Basin Street West in San Francisco, California. The pictures from this photo session were used for the live album In Person. The same year, he also took pictures from Ike & Tina’s performance during the Newport Pop Festival at Devonshire Downs in Northridge, California on June 20 and he is credited for the cover of the album Come Together from 1970.
