With A Little Help From My Friends is a double a-sided single, released with different picture covers in Europe. It was recorded live in Europe, but was produced like a studio version. Ike & Tina promoted it at the American TV-Show Midnight Special on February 02, 1973. In contrast to the European release, it was promoted with the song Early One Morning in America, where it also charted on the Billboard R&B chart. Both are cover songs, the title track was originally released from The Beatles in 1967 and the b-side from Little Richard in 1957.
